Did you know there are over 7,500 apple varieties worldwide?  But most supermarkets only sell about 11 types! Meanwhile, our little orchard grows heritage varieties that taste nothing like shop apples - the chickens have become proper apple snobs and refuse anything that isn't freshly fallen!
